Workshop . Image Festival Jordan

April 2017 . Amman

I was very happy to be invited again at the Image Festival Amman by great Festival Director Linda Al Khoury, to give this year a workshop on portrait photography to 11 young photographers. With the support of Goethe Institute of Jordan, EUNIC Jordan, Darat Al Tasweer. Thank you all !

WE ARE ONE... even though we are different generations

In this 4-day-workshop, the eleven participants reflected on what makes an image a portrait and several portraits together a series, and they produced a portrait-series themselves. They worked on the notion of "generations", referring to the generations in a family as well as to social generations.
